Hi Nesh why not suggest to rent that flat for a year from your dad ? while u hunting for you own house. say 1k rental / mth already 12k per year.... almost same as COV already.

IMO.. wedding dinner if want to do .. must do proper one... wouldn't do it coz of parent pressure. I wanted a nice wedding as it will serve as a very memorable moment for me and my wife. as for now still need to wait reno over.. then draft a saving plan for it ..

haha. for my wife and I, we share almost everything... we occasionally help ea other draw $ from atm... even ib login. we are still young couple . .recently purchased a flat, in which made us to do our financial plan together.... I think both of us are happy with the house even it drained all our savings..

k... let me share my own experience.... As my first appt is in May... and I also gotten my increment on that month... so I asked that HDB lady... "If there is a change in my salary do I need to submit any doc".... she said no need... just use feb-april payslips.... I think maybe my flat only 27xK but HLE approval amount is close to 500k... which make no diff even I have salary change. edit : oh ya... indeed they might ask you if you changed your job ... if only you getting AHG like me because if in the last 2 year if you change job.. need 2 diff form to declare income.

hur... why the hurry ? maybe you can pay your dad rental while u looking a for suitable flat.... or if no choice, they you really got to hunt those 0 COV house le... its not impossible... just that its rare. p/s even you get to select the jurong west flat .. it definately shoot beyond jan for move in date... rectification and renovation normally takes 2 months at least.

ya... and its up today ! .. my tap really big ? I though its normal oooo for me place.. i m ok with the living with black ceiling.. BUT the problem lies in the foyer and walkway, they are way too dark for us. ... anyway I m quite pleased with the new color... my sofa and dining are delivering this sat 0.o ... the same day wallpaper will be lay .. wonder is it too rush
