I also from the same ballot ma.... for this ballot i think the take up rate will be higher coz now HDB changing to BTO scheme... u see 5rm now already 330k+ smmore need to wait 3 years. anyway. Initially I thought it was newly built from the exterior BUT learnt from my colleague that she already saw the flats there at least 5 years back but they gt do touch up before release la.. thats why exterior looks new

actualli I want to delay till Aug ( 3 mths after booking )... due to some financial reason. but am curious to know hows my hle n ahg status. what i seeing now is worrying anyway... now i feel the time pass so slow ! how i wish now is already 2009 means by then i should have moved in and saved enough for something extra. looking forward to this sat house visiting !
