  6. okay this is the 2nd draft Living - now with more design ShoeRack. Will be using this design but with draft 1 settee instead... find it will troublesome to pull it out Decided to keep the initial MBR color instead... oops forgot to post kitchen. will be changing to a flat hood instead to get more cabinet space.
  7. Spent quite a few weekend to source for a "fated" ID. Went to IMM, the 2 ID advertise here as well as I-Deal House for layout design and qoute. Trip to IMM but was disspointed. Both firm quoted far higher than our budget. Shortlisted 2 finally ID , quote wise ; it was favorable to the first ID , was about to sign with him. But decided to went to see the workmanship of both before signing and glad that we did that. what we saw is 2 different kind of standard... even though the 2nd ID quote was on the high side, the workmanship is really impressive compare to the other. so yeah .. finally signed with I-Deal house ... and here is the first draft from my ID Living with wallpaper feature wall Mbr Entrance half height shoe rack will post 2nd draft after lunch !

  9. when i choose.... still gt #15.. one of the 2 blocks facing temple. also gt a #14 unsold... aiming #15 and #13 but those at my targetted blocks already sold so settled for #12 wah.. if i so lucky like you, I will still choose here... =P now all BTO so ex... 300K+ for 5rm
  10. must be a condo... wish HDB have such standard... flat is so clean/properly done before hand over the HHS is so nicely located.. not like HDB.. like to put in the living room =.=
  11. with that view, means your house living is not slanted. for me , when 1 choose only left 1 final non-slant... lv2 , next to carpark , dining n living seperated by HHS... =( so rather take slanted but higher floor.
  12. erm mine is different coz gt AHG .. if w/o should be quite fast... coz afterall the keys already available long ago. Today my colleague just came to me and say " hey , you stay 67x ? st 64 ? I stay there too" .. pengs.. this world is so small =.= anyway she stay at #16 floor so someone here might be her neigbour

HI there, i went to the about 2 months ago. idea wise quite good...quite creative..... the contract also very detailed, like laminate samples, paint etc was told by the ID she only ID.. wouldn't coordinate the reno but some1 else.... this is a big -ve IMO , prefer from design to coordinate also same person. refused to quote until I confirm with them... gt such thing ? Only provided range... like 40-45K for a renovation that others qoute 20+K. Only when we gt fed up, shun her, den she realised qouted wrong customer .... revised range to 25K-28K .. still very ex so nv talk further.
