long no update~ .. today went to comex to hoot this ! $1900 with 250 robinson vouchers and 5.1 Samsung HT System

Not necessary but many find full height feature wall looks really good. Of course with some creativity , a mix-n-match tv console can also be very nice just as BIW/WIW is not necessary too ... but its just nice to have... so long your budget permit and you like it ... why not ? just my humble opinion.

hi. ya taking bank loan.. as me and wtb kind of just started working not long. For fixed rate, hitachi is one of the best, for me.. should be RHB monthly reducing basis. actually don't look at the interest... just look at how much u paying per month / or the total !

yup. hacking the MBR wall to make space for WIW. floor tiles wise.. will re-lay parquet at the WIW area. Toilets .. due to budget constraint and also cant hack/can only overlay ... so never do anything. Nope doesn't include curtain / air-con

nope... the air-cond ledge is supposed to be at bottom right part of the drawing.. but nt shown. the window seen in the drawing is the actual mbr window.

Nice layout... always love the placing of HHS in condos...and also bay windows... have fun renovating

2D drawings come after first discussion on what you wanted to do, then after, the initial qoute... its quite an experience to see different ID propose different layouts. ... erm ... i went to meet him and discussed about 2d proposed layout without even knowing when I m collecting my keys... haha .. i probably wasted some other IDs time
