both my wife and I born in the year of 1984 - Metal Was told that violetpurple(fire) in the mbr is not good for both of us. My question is, from the picture above , there is also a platform bed ( earth ) , will it neutralize the crash ? since fire produce earth , and earth produce metal pardon me for my poor explaination

Hihi Martin I not sure about any rules regarding that, but most of us here gave some time for the BSC to fix up defects. For me .. i m left with the cracked main door.. so i just go ahead with reno. Actually the BSC act quite fast... I reported defects on 5 September, most of the defects already fixed by the week after ! Anyway, happy renovating !

5 weeks so fast my first appointment was back in 15 may.. 2nd appointment only 1 sep.... 14 weeks apart?

Nope, no charge the ad is misunderstanding. you can either choose the sys3 aircond OR kicthen cabinet. not both erm.. for my case, the overall layout of the house is combination of both our own input and his suggestion. did you ask for space planning ? if you doesn't have any layout in mind , i believe they are able to propose to you.
