Hi AJ the tiles u have chosen for the toilets seem exp, is it > $3? They look nice & classy. Congrats on the good progress, hope to see more pics. Mine not completed, there are o/s carpentry to be done. Cant blame ID cos we kana chased out by our buyer But so far, we have been quite happy with our ID's response despite her biz getting more & more.

Haha, i dun have good hands like u and can only DIY decals. Hee, i have even bot decals for my son who loves Thomas & Friends so much. Now pending for a small plain writing table so that i can enjoy doing the decals on it to surprise him. I am getting more for other corners of the house too.

We got ours from Alex. He is so good in talking tat we even buy our mattress from FC. Luckily the mattress quite comfy.

For my case, we only discuss re-wiring after reno started cos' only then we can roughly gauge where are the power points we want to install. She seems busy and i know recently she started to reject projects. Think she hopes mine can complete soon so she can concentrate elsewhere. However, there are still some outstanding stuff leh.

Hi Takomi ya, if possible include everything you want in black & white. IDs being IDs will tend to forget this and that when they have loads of biz. When Lynn was at my house supervising her workers, sometimes her hp will ring, so will be good if you can note down the things you want lor. Think you should discuss with her the re-wiring and installation of lightings by now since your reno starting soon. Excited?

Haha, din know u create us as "Lynn-kers". Yep, moved in but reno not really complete, there are some rectifications to be done too. However, not to worry too much, Lynn is rather fast & responsible with the rectification works. I am sure yours will turn up nice, proof from the Lynn-kers .

Haha, at 1st i wasnt into marble too, however, many beautiful homes here prove me wrong. Of cos, the colour of the stone muz be nice & bright.

Are u doing re-wiring? We did whole house re-wiring and so installation of lightings included in her quotations. Do u want to check out Italu? But frankly speaking, Italu's prices not cheap either. We did not do enuff research on lightings but like the service provided by them and so never go anywhere else.

Hi Takomi Lynn brought us to Italu Collection @ Balestier. The other shop worth mentioning is Kleen Lights & Bath @ Tyrwhitt Road. Services provided . As we started our research early, we make many changes to the lights & toilet accessories, no complains from the staff. If you see the layers of white blanco on my invoices, you will know what i mean, haha .

Children are so cute and its worth all our effort to create this dream home of ours after seeing him so keen to go home instead of go gai gai. Thanks, my ID bangwall when i changed my mind over the designs/colours of the PD doors as we did many last minute changes . The paintings nice hor, the best part, they are made of waterproof frame and not exp, abt less than $50 each except for the 3 @ entrance $68 each. Ya, the mirrors are very nice, its called tea glass and now my house has all sorts of glass - black, white, clear & tea. When my ID showed me their office which did this huge cabinet with black & tea glass combined with walnut laminate, we go "WOW" and decided to pay a little more for these 4 pieces of tea glass. My heart dropped when my ID reveal the price for the quartz top, its as exp as my kitchen cabinet. I really love the quartz stone (white star) & its even nicer than the pearl white indian granite but its really too exp. So i chose funtionality over beauty lor. We know the colour dun really match, sigh

Agree the scratches on the floor tiles very obvious. Hope to see that your ID can remove them. Your floor tiles also bright and shiny .
