Hi ericivy, Lynn told us that u signed up with her when we met her at IH yesterday. Finally, we have finished the 1st appt with HDB and got the date for completion. We have finally finalised on the 3D drawings. Now waiting to meet her on 24 May for detailed drawings and reno schedules .

Agree, sometimes u pay more may not even get the minimum standard there. Juz hope that the reno will be smooth and acceptable and of course, value for money!

Hi ashes02 dun feel sad. Think your final product still looks good. Over the times u will get used to it. For my current home, i made lots of mistakes - positioning of aircon and wall-mounted fan due to poor planning and engagement of the wrong contractor. However, from what the pix u posts, your house is lots better than mine. Who knows maybe down the road we will see another t-blog set up by u for your 2nd dream home.

Hi Rllso think the best way to know is to give them a ring. Tell them your project and budget, if they reject u right to your face, it says something about them - they only interested in big fish like a whale .

Hi rightaboutnow we didnt engage them. However, they are in our top 3 shortlisted ID firm. Was impressed with the designs but found that we click better with our current ID. You may want to try speaking to them cos u might have a different opinions
