hhmm,,, if color choose the effect not so good... the designer didn't help to suggest whether it will look nice or not?? it's like,, we all know that we can choose our own colors but if doesn't go well, designer should step in to advice right? virgo, got pictures? i want to see how it looks like... maybe not as bad as u tink?

hi babytan, me back,, been busy with work. on my part all fine, have gotten complete quotation from roy already, once all goes well, reno will take 4-6 weeks but i not v patient like all of you and i take lousy pictures hahahaa.... so far for workmanship, how is it? I didn't get to have any chance to check out the showflats/projects of Inzen

Thanks for the advice, cause i'm worried about additional cost once the quotation is confirmed. So far i can see that Roy is a very pratical person, and from some of your pictures, he quite daring in suggestion design even though he's more contractor than designer. btw: i can't seem to view phantom's picture, i only see his T-blog but can't find pictures, maybe too many pictures

Hmm,, as mentioned i'm getting Roy to do a quote for me. It could have been me who sms-ed him last Fri, actually i forgot which day, but maybe the text which u saw could be mine I got him to view my house already, he will be giving me exact quote soon. btw: so far how you all nego with Roy? like what are the freebies/installation which he will usually include? kindly advise, so that i can remember to ask him also.

hi everyone, i'm getting Roy to do a quote for me would like to feedback on how is his overall workmanship on wetworks/tiling, carpentery and electrical? cause i think everyone talking about qutotes and design but not much on workmanship, is he involved in designing or does he have designers to do 3D drawings for him? how long does it take for him to prepare 3D drawings? anything else i need to look out for? thanks
