I bought from Shop A already,, then last few items i bought from Royal Franco. Cause i can't cant cancel all the items from Shop A as I paid already. For Hob, Hood and Sink, i bought Bellari. hi friends, I'm thinking of getting Rinnai Hood & Fujioh Hob as both made in Japan, the price which i got from Shop A is approx 200 lesser than if i were to get from Shop B based on the same model I have yet to decide on the sink, would like to know where is Bellari made in? Are their hobs, hood and sink good? Thanks!

I have been using LG for 7 years and both fridge and washing machine work fine. Now that I'm moving, i won't be getting new ones yet until my current ones spoil. For the small particles in washing machine, this is due to softener / liquid detergents, which causes dirt to stick to the drum, thus when u wash the small particles will stick to your clothes especially white ones. If u have such problems, u will have to get the servicing department to do chemical wash for u for a small fee.

no, the mrb shower already got swing door, so i will still stick to bi-fold toilet door, won't be open concept as due to moisture in the long run. comon toilet is odd shape cause my hse is point block, may be adding a 1 piece temper glass between the shower and toilet bowl... this is to prevent the toilet bowl from getting wet your kerb can be down on the inside, your door can still swing out, just that have to be careful

Have done a basic blog ... think its easiler to show pictures. Hmm,,, bathroom small? Hmm,, should be done a low kerb, at least water won't flow out. Otherwise, when u bathe, u try and adjust the spray inside is spray outwards? How much is your glass door? I doing the clear type inside... but didn't do for common, thinking of adding a 1 piece horizontal (without swing door in common to prevent the toilet bowl from getting wet. the 3Ds were not properly done, like eg for the the toilets, some parts of the walls r still white, etc etc thus i never post up, i also have kitchen 3D also, the 1st Kitchen 3D sucks, as i mentioned, the designer didn't do properly your tempered glass door v nice, i opt for bi-fold doors cause my toilet is in my walk in concept wardrobe, if i have a swing door, it will take up space, but i got swing door at shower area.

My current status, house hacked liao, 3D almost done, Roy still owe me Kitchen 3D, i haven't check my email yet. Coming Wed - installation of Aircon. I got Mistubshi Inverter btw: what is recliner?

Thanks for the comments, glad u all like the pictures, erm i think it happens to be the lighting at home... these two pictures were taken last time with my Canon Powershot A80, 4.0 pixel. Usually for internet, i don't use up to 4.0 pixels, I will chose the medium size. Now i have converted to Lumix 8.0 pixel which is half the size of Powershot, lighter and compact and half the price LOL Morever my girl quite photogenic, not like me, take photo not nice. Wow, $50 is alot of money, yeah,,, furnishing + lightings + homeware + electrical usually take up at least 10-15K I ordered Bed + Frame + TV + Small Altar already $5K+ *sweat* Initially when I got my house, it was move in condition, then i planned to do minimal reno like toilets and WIW, in the end decided to redo all since I plan to stay there for good.

Hihi, would like to know if you guys and ladies opt for white inner pvc or coloured ones? what is the price difference if I were to change all to pvc... Eg: just quote WIW, then i can gauge.. as i plan to change to color pvc for all carpentry work. Initially i opt for no doors, so its coloured pvc, then i opt for doors, then roy quote white pvc, i'm thinking of using colured pvc even if got doors. million thanks!

it's tinted glass, not mirrors, it's those almost opque ones, think won't really see myself cause the one below tv is only a small strip... i'm making the left cabinet slightly slimmer, hv yet to properly discuss carpentry with roy, yeah, my friends tot the strips smaller nicer... awaiting for more replies, then will decide from there

hi babytan, i went thru your pictures, i think the layouts are good and overall reno is matches your theme perfectly. It looks cosy enough and I like especially your dining light and shoe cabinet although i'm not doing modern. Hope all will be up and done soon on your side.

Hi friends, as the feature initially designed was not nice (think the designer too busy) anyhow do. i gave roy a sketch to do the revise 3D, it's out now, please comment to let me know if there's any better ideas. It's mixed of brown, white and black tinted glass, total length 9.5feet Let me know if there's any ideas to make it look better, my initial sketch is supposed to be 3 long bigger strips instead od smaller ones, let me know whether big ones are nicer or small ones. Million Muacks!

Saw your updated blog, overall, i like your study area and living room feature, stick to it. hehee Mine revised 3D not out yet,, seems like the feature wall which roy decribed to me seems like be like yours (with the 3 long strips of wood)... if it turns out the same, i will make the designer busy again! haha Overall, my reno is consider basic and my study area is much smaller since only 1 person will be using the study area. We usually surf on laptops on the bed in the MBR while watching TV My hacking starts tomorrow (Wednesday) - Good Day!

Ic... well. as we r using boxes for our current house, it looks cluttered and ugly. so we are not planning to do that anymore. I will sort them out and go into storeroom. my new storeroom is bigger than my current one. btw: how much does those storeroom racks cost? i have yet to check the prices. For bed storage, we r changing to those with legs.. due to fengshui, it's better than storage bed.... it is to allow "qi" meaning airflow Will post when i recived my revise wardrobe.

Hi redknapp, My house is 5I 122 sq metre, i think yours is EA if i'm not wrong. I paid $386K for mine. Walking distance to MRT. Living room is irregular shape which we like cause more privacy. Meaning that if guest comes to my place, they won't have the "habit" of walking to my rooms as from living room,,,there's a slightly small "walk-way" like area before reaching my rooms. The reason why we bought that unit is because the timbre flooring already done, and timbre flooring is long strips instead of the typical short ones. The whole house re-do except timbre flooring for living, dining, 3 bedrooms. My hacking going to start on 25th June 08 (following lunar chinese date) Moving house will be quite rush for me (stupid agent didn't advise us properly on time to move house etc etc) and roy will try and keep up the pace for me also so that I can move in successfully. *pray*

yeah, i'm thinking of long run thus decided to add doors. my wardrobe is 12ft in total, wanted bigger but due to limited space, i can only do 12ft. I wanted at least 15ft. My current wardrobe at my current house is also 12ft. hiaz,, too small for me. I'm hacking 2 bedrooms into 1, so 1 side is bed and tv, the other side where the toilet is is will be wardrobe and study area.

Wont be able to show u pictures for the time being cause the design which the designer did for me doesn't really appeal to me, cause it turns out to be a common design for the feature wall. I have to admit that the designer is v good in modern style but not in resort style, i opt for resort style. and the design which he did for me is what everyone is doing, nothing special. Out of the set of drawings, i only like the study area layout LOL. Wardrobe doors still thinking of what i want. I'm the kind, must have the resort feel, yet must be unique and not everyone doing, get what i mean?? I v ma fan right?? haha

hi babytan, because of the direction of my bed due to fengshui, the only place i can have my wardrobe is outside the bathroom, so i opt for walk in concept instead of walk in wardrobe, cause everytime i need to use the bathroom, i have to walk thru the wardrobes before i reach the bathroom, so with everyday thru and fro, i'm worried that it will be dusty.

I'm still in the midst of deciding how i want mine to look like. I opt for doors.. cause in the long run its easiler to maintain Hiaz,,, all the doors look the same, doesn't seem special to me,,, i'm running out of ideas liao... also am deciding on the inner layout also.
