Wall Hack = Neighbour Wall Tiles Crack?
hihihi replied to fooblack's topic in Ceiling, Walls and Flooring Works
ask him to get HDB to prove u wrong rather than u yourself proving innocent -
yeah, either it's the wall or more likely the pipe is not verticle. But it's not thaaaaaat bad actually. If the pipe is totally outside, it would be held be "holders", and that will actually make it protrude more out of the wall, more intruding IMHO.

also depends on your budget. Bi-fold door is not that bad actually, depends on your needs, depends on users too... th're are rough pple, and there're gentle pple. Of coz if it's your own house, u'll open gently unlike in coffee shop.

I've done something like that b4. One tip is that bigger wheel can withstand larger load, but downside is it'll be too high. u can do something like putting more smaller castors to distribute the load... e.g 3x2. there're 2 types, one is the normal one, the other is with lock which u can step and lock.

LED are also much more expensive. Unless u're using the light 24/7 or a super-tight space to insert a light, otherwise there's little motivation to go for LED lightings.

of coz u can't lift the grills out of the bracket, otherwise thefts can also do the same, defeats the purpose. they'll slot in the the grill, then either rivet or screw-in at the corners. look for plastic covers.

that info is wrong. Those area are counted in as well. -
no matter top-hung or bottom roll also same. basically the rollers are supporting the weight of your glass, be it on-top or bottom. The thicker the glass, the shorter will be the lifespan of the rollers. Another shop u can get these are Shanghai Tong li. Shop is in bet Bugis/Lavender.

Bathroom Cabinet Above The Drainage
hihihi replied to rach_lr's topic in Plumbing & Electrical Works
if u have trap installed to capture hair and whatever flowing into the drain, I would say it is pretty difficult to choke a drain. -
if u want hassle free, then contact those rack makers. tell them the dimension, they'll precut, come to your house and install within like 10mins... of coz it'll be more pricey than DIY.

i'll be better (cheaper and more energy efficient) to buy min # of bulbs instead of combination of bulbs. Remb u're also powering the electronics inside the lamp.

Address 153 used to be Poh Joo. I used to buy my oven and stuff from there. After several years, I went back, suddenly became Poh Seng. I went in ask is it same as PohJoo, that women tried to smoke me then I left. It gives me a feeling of Nike having a imitation name called (Nikee) Anyway, I don't think they're related. PohJoo have shifted to the inner corner, see their website for maps (add ____.com.sg)
