Thanks Kewin & Jester for your wonderous advise. 1) I really want to DIY but he used a special grey paint. Asked him where to get it and till now no response. 2) I know cracks are common especially new walls. I have a total of 15 long visible cracks in my house so obvious that my frens can see the cracks once they step in my flat. 3) I have called TC and they will take a look on Mon. Kewin, will TC push the problem back to my contractor as my reno was done 2 mths ago and the seepage is thru window? 4) Anyone know the alternative way to handle the cracked tile asap as i hve kids? Hi all I have post reno blues too.2 months already I am still waiting for my ID to fix the outstanding defects. I have gave up calling him as he always said will follow up but no actions. I am more upset when i get to know thru renotalk that he is very active handling other new projects. I pray hard for them and also not dare to tell my hubby as I am the one recommending the reno ID. I really regret to give him 95% when move in n should hold more. My maindefects 1) Painting not completed for main door 2) Cracks on wall after plastering. Cracks still recurred after several painting touch up (He claimed this is expected and normal due my flat is alrd 25 yrs old) is this true? Any recommended solution? 3) Water slip in thru living window. My wall is white so can see the yellowish wet patch after raining day. his guys came several times but problem still not solve. 4) Kitchen floor tile crack after movein. He said i damage it but the tile is at the edge of my cabinet..how to damage... Is he responsible to fix it at no cost? Appreciate if someone can advise me the next move. I really sad to see new cracks on walls almost every week. So desperate tt i may wan to engage other contractor to fix at any cost. Pls help to advise me. Thks

Hi BunBun Is it easy to use the vitro? My MIL will be staying with us and may cook often. I dunoe if there is a need to get another normal set of hob for her as she never use this type before. If i going to have 2 sets, does it mean that I need to get citygas to install for the norm and contractor for the vitro? Thks

Thks Kittygal...i have sold my flat and bought the new at the same time. The buyer do not want me to rent my place till renov complete. I only have a mth for reno for my new place which needs a major one n hopin to get everything done on the design, cost n tiles etc before works start. The owner for my new place also dun allow me to start renov before 2nd appt. So sad as the place is alrd vacant. Btw i saw your new hme.......very nice...

haha....i have no negative feedback but jus blame my poor luck n timing as they are having their peak and at least Mr K was honest to inform me hat he cant take any projects. Congras n all e best to those who managed to engage K as ID.

Hi fellows I called him last week but he was busy with appts and cant meet up for quotation. Is there any other ID or he is the boss? I am tired and hope to end my search with Roy based on all your feedbacks n pics. I thinking of just asking him to come to my new vacant house for quotation. As there are no cost mentioned, anyone can to share his/her quotation with me for a full renovation for a 4rm resale flat? Anyone has his renov completed by Roy within one month? Thks

Heynsl...I got the same response....hiaz He said he cant handle any more projects and asked me to come back in end june...... So sad as he is first in my list.
