Hi guys...me and bf just got us our first home! (4rm resale). The flat is 22+ yrs old, so it needs alot of work!! Wondering whether anyone can give recommendations/ advice/ tips on the following: 1) We already sort of know what layout we want for our new home... but does it mean should still get an ID or go straight for a contractor? 2) Any recommendations on IDs/Contracters who can do the 'balinese resort theme' well? And any rough price guides? 3) Any other advice at all to a pair of super newbies (we are only at the exercised option, waiting for 1st appointment phase!) Any help would be super!!! v.excited about this whole adventure. hehe.
