Mine suppose to deliver tis yr Oct. Went down to their showroom a couple of weeks ago, ask them to write dwn the FOC delivery in black n white...the salesgirl ensure that there wouldn't be anymore problems like wat i saw online...even claim that some bad comments are written by opp company's ppl....sigh juz hope that everything went on smoothly.

Oh Gosh!! Y i didn't come across this chat, i juz made a sofa purchase wif them last weekend i should have suspect something is wrong when there's customer complaining abt one of the dining chair when we're there...but we didn't get to hear wat they're complaining onli heard 1 of the sales person say "it's like that..all these are frm the same shipment, nthing went wrong except yours" then another sales person usher the customers to the front. The sales lady who serve us was quite nice & helpful and becoz of the price n the quality we saw at the showroom was quite gd for the sofas....luckily we nv commit for the coffee table which we almost did. Can someone advice if we can ask for a refund coz our delivery date is in oct?

I went to blk 89 #09/10-358 tt area last sat to see if it's very noisy when the train pass by but found an uncle nxt door playing his hokkien song so loudly until we cnt even hear the train sound. TY!! although didn't manage to get 346 (1st choice) or blk 89 but still happy tt i get an unit here

Hi Isling, I have to agree wif pongy....if u're planning to get tis area resale flat their COV is too high and futhermore HDB juz announced the new rule...alot of ppl r willing to take even for low lvl units...i myself is 1 of them

Hi all~~~~~~~~ Can see that you guys r also having headache like mi as wic unit to choose....intially wanted #xx-346 but almost all taken up...now left wif (Blk 89)#xx-348 & (Blk 90) #xx-326...sigh.....

I've got a question......looking at today's selection...it seems like nt many r getting....so will they bring forward the date? eg: 1st 50 is day 1, 50th to 100th is day 2....but if in between maybe 20 ppl choose to gif up selecting a unit will they push forward? or they will juz call it a day? So on weekday they take about 20 applicants?

My FH prefer 89 coz nearer to carpark n mrt station.....LOL, haven't really been to blk 90 n 91 to see yet....but a frd of mine say tt blk 91 have e best view...say maybe weekend can go n have a look... BTW pongy when is ur selection date? mine is nxt nxt mon.....seems so far away....wait till neck long long
