I was given a quote of $1600 for mitsubishi non inverter system 3 using R22, 3 x 10k unit. Is that expensive? Going to reuse the existing pipe and no bracket needed as well.

I got a lorenzo recliner. Very good and nice full leather feeling. No regret in paying that price for the recliner. Comes with 2 times free leather wash as well. You can see the picture in my renoblog. And full leather is really much cooling than half leather ones, or maybe its just psychological, haha.

Think it cost 1300+ for roller blinds for 2 bedrooms, 1 study, 1 dining and curtain for the living. Done at window image. The bedframe we don't really like those full height one so didn't really do... maybe gng to buy those modern art/painting and put above instead.

Actually my initial quotation is only 1 door. But when I add in another one my ID charge me cheaper for that.
-
1st one at $320, 2nd one at $300.
-
Tks! Actually for the common toilet door we wanted to choose red for the center portion but they dun have tha color. So the closest we can see is the purple one already.
-
We decide to use more vibrant color for the living and study room so that it would be a lively home. In the end doesn't look complicated because all the colored walls cannot be seen together at the same angle, so from any angle there would only be 1 outstanding color tone with the the neutral off white lily color. The MBR color is quite soothing on the whole though as its a place to sleep, haha. Don't want too bright wait cannot sleep at night.

Today carpentry is gng on already. Skeleton up, didn't have a chance to take photos on that cause forgot to bring camera.
-
Hi, my ID brought me to the place. Not sure what is the name of the showroom. Home theatre PC. Can use it to do anything. Watch DVD, surf net, record shows, radio etc.

Last but not least, a color that turn out really nice. Lollipop!

The Sungod color for our study. Colors is more saturated than we thought. But it still fits in well. Noticed the wall have been knocked down to clear the way for my open concept study room My front door, in GLOSSY WHITE! Actually dunno what to do with the front door until our ID suggested why not we paint it white to go with our theme. The gate is in Lily White. Noticed got stickers on the gate handle and door bell. I hate those lock smith or aircon servicing guy who go ard pasting sticker on ppl's house! View of our foyer and white door. Our Foyer tiles with Gold mosiac. Was actually very conservative in running the mosiac, decided to have 2 rows thickness cause scared it will make it too complicated. Now upon seeing should have done 4 rows instead.

White Ice & Mint for my small room - Can't really see the difference in this photo White ice on the left and front wall and Mint on the right wall. Champagne & Natural Cane color in our MBR... Okayyy, dunno how come the natural cane turns out so white base , doesn't quite look the same from the color catalogue. Anyway from here can see the Laminates as well. Exotic Latte color, Supreme Laminates. Its look much better for the real thing.
-
ICI Dulux Supreme 3 in 1, Champagne, SP 22801. Love the color when we saw it as well.
-
The champagne color wall! The lights is left behind by the ex owner, we are going to shift it somewhere. Actually have placed it in the MBR after our lights came but decided to move it away due to the sheer brightness of the bulb when facing the lights and another reason is due to the pointed bottom... My wife say not good, feels like something poking at us all the time. From another angle, the chamgagne wall with white lily color. Noticed the floor tiles are up as well already. Realise have no pictures taken of the floor tiles so cannot post here,
-
Can't really remember, mosaic should be around $10 - $12 psf. The normal wall tiles should cost about $2.80psf - $3psf. Can't remember how much the black rose tiles cost, think its more expensive @ around $3.50. Living room floor tiles the one i choose is $3.20.
-
I can't really remember what's the "showroom" name cause our ID just brought us there to choose tiles. Its a very very big tiles showroom (its really BIG, got lots and lots of tiles choose until you blur) somewhere near Jurong Tradehub but not inside it. Think its the standard place that Ideal House bring to choose tiles from.
-
Walls color and tiles to come next! Although the quotation states 5+1 colors, our ID let us choose freely, in the end used about 10 different types of paint. 1. Champagne 2. Sungod 3. Lollipop 4. Natural Cane 5. Mint 6. White Ice 7. Lily White 8. Lily WHite (Glossy) 9. Pure White 10. Pure White (Glossy)

Here's the start of my reno, didn't really manage to go take photos everyday as was busy at work. Here's what left of the MBR. Kitchen Tiles - There's actually faint lines running across the tiles. Common Toilet - Red & White Theme MBR Toilet This mosaic is actually very interesting, look at it at a different angle the prints will change. See any roses on the black tiles?
-
Here's some of the photos before renovation.... Its actually quite nicely done up already, but due to several factors, in the end decide to redo the whole house. View from the foyer - We don't really like the floor tiles, cause its not those 60x60 size one. Looks very small. The Kitchen with the original HDB tiles and laminates The MBR - No comments... just feel that its not really practical The toilet are all HDB standard, the only difference is this jacuzzi that they have. Its in very good condition, think they never really use it also. We are not going to keep this as feel that we won't be using it. In the end we kept the window grills, aircon (sys 5) and the LBox and decide to tear down all the rest and redo everything.
