Had the same mold and dirt/hard water stains problem same as TS, so i purchased the HCL89 thing from http://hcl89.byethost10.com as recommended I used it a couple of months back and so far the mold and dirt/hard water stains problem seems to be gone Looks like it worked out well for me, thanks

In the past i tried the baking soda/vinegar solution, it made the problem worse, it made white patches on my homogeneous floor Luckily my contractor (one i had previously used), was nice enough to come and change the tiles for me (4/5 tiles) When i asked him how come baking soda had caused these white patches on my tiles, he said the baking soda has a mild bleaching agent inside that would eat into tile's enamel (if you check the contents yes baking soda has a mild bleaching agent as its content) So baking soda/vinegar 100% did not work for me, infact made the situation worse and seems to be more like an old wife's tale from my experience

carpentry design works one of the worst contractor. Dont sign any one with them, they are very unprofessional and after they got money from you they will show their gangster behaviour Before sign the contract, Ask them to enable their Facebook review page. Recently they disable their page reviews because their is lot more bad reviews and peoples submitted the proof of their gangster behaviour. So if they enable their Facebook page review then you may read the reviews and sign the contract. Check their Face book page comments against their posts all are dummy and fake comments.
