Hi pinkpetter, Thanks...... still remember i've seek some advices from u before? Too bad kitchen gonna b fully make over cos the idea of having the sink & the main carbinate is not pratical .....Flooring are ok, will keep it cos i prefer laminated floor for the whole house as i dun like the cold cold feeling of tiles & granites, especially in the morning. Thanks Flyballons, Just a moderate make over for the Kitchen, Bathrooms & wardrobe for CO ....... No matter how extensive or minor is the reno, the Feel of a Home is the most important element. So sad.... cos I think the laminates used for the cabinets are quite expensive if I'm not wrong.. but then.. practicality is important!! Hahaha...... u r a true member here assisting & offering opioios to others ya, even after your own reno is completed a couple of months back...... Ya .... everyone seen the kitchen carbinates says that the previous owner did invest quite a fair bit in the kitchen. Too bad the granite top cannot be retain too ...... Hope to see more pics Hi pbtgal, Actual the 3D drawings are reference for colour combinations and layout, are actually candy for eyes only..... Hahahah..... Hi Family of 4, Ya....did consider the place is quite well-maintained & quite to our likings before signing on the dotted-line....... Reno is moderate ......
