Is it reasonable on the quotation for a 4 rm resale flat at 108 sq. Quoted in total at $40k for the follwing items of work to be done.

MAIN ENTRANCE

To supply and install 1 no. of designer's door c/w laminated frosted glass

LIVING HALL

To fabricate and install full height Shoe cabinet in selected laminate finishes ( 6 ft )

To fabeicate and install wall panel c/w cantilever TV console and 3 nos. of drawers in selected laminate finishes(L=2700mm X W=400mm X H=300mm)

To suuply and install false ceiling c/w recess light

To supply 4 nos. of pole divider in selected laminate finishes

BEDROOM 2 ( GUEST ROOM )

To supply and install 1 no. of designer's door c/w laminated frosted glass

To supply and install simple cornice

BEDROOM 3 ( STUDY ROOM )

To supply and install 1 no. of designer's door c/w laminated frosted glass

To supply and install simple cornice

MASTER BEDROOM

To supply and install 1 no. of designer's door c/w laminated frosted glass

To fabricate and install TV wall panel in selected laminate finishes ( 3 ft )

To supply and install Bed head wall panel c/w 2 nos. of side table
