Main Door Facing Water Duct/pipe

Hi Mr Chong,

I am troubled by the fact that my HDB hse maindoor is facing a vertical straight water duct/pipe. Some of my frds mentioned to me that main door facing water duct/pipe will result leaking of wealth, is it true? Kindly need your advise. Thanks.

You don't need to be troubled! Take a pic to show me and also your house direction.

Generally, a covered water pipe does not result in leaking of wealth. However, if the pipe is wrongly placed in front of your door, you may have more problems than just leaking wealth.

The pipe is to the East of my house's main door at 1200mils (67.5 degree).

Generally, nobody wants a big pipe like this facing their door. This is 形煞. However, there is one exception that it will be good to keep the pipe. That will depends on your house sitting direction. If your house sits right, this pipe becomes 'gold'.

Just improvise and get a plank to cover up will do.
