Wind, Water, House Audit

Recommended Posts

Open discussion.

Ancient ppls choose place near rivers(water) to stay, built houses faced south to avoid north wind yet windy enought, big open space in front of house, so form of

guards at back, left & right to have sense of security. Front/back/side doors, windows to allow wind & light to get into house. At times rivers flooded, so good to stay at slopes. At times drought attacked, no food to eat, so digged ground to get underground water. As such, land formation observation for residence was developed.

In S'pore, more than 70% population stay in HDB flats. Water(tap heads), forced wind(table/wall/ceiling/standing fans), air-con, lighting, etc are just a finger away(within control) but at expenses of resources (electricity, coal, fuel etc). Doors, windows are plenty. All these vital environmental "features" are easily within reach and manipulation of the owners, however, quite some insist need of so called feng shui masters to do "house audit", why?

From the threads, noticed fsms mostly commented on position of stove/sink in kitchen, tiolet door, main door, mbr door/bed position, partition, water feature, salt, screen, to put this & that here & there, etc. Why never highlight the important of flow of wind within house, so to recommend whether ceiling or wall or standing fans?

Why never show concern the brightness of lighting, whether sufficient or not? White light or yellow light? Why never suggest the source of water availability (put tap head her & there)

We all know environmental objects around us(within a house) influent our mood (mental state)in term of conveniency, visual effect, practicality, etc etc. Why to hang/place fs objects here & there instead???

What's house fs audit??? What do the owners expect? What can fsms do & do not? "Professional" service/advises are alway better?

True enought that wind, water, light, fire, aircon at "our finger tips". Why still pay money to fsms to tell us to shift stove lah, refrig, sink lah, coverup tiolet lah??? Only answer is "stomach" too full.

When one's stomach is empty, "anything" & "everything" also "CAN". When stomach is full, many "innovative" ideas and pattern liao liao.

Another - when one in desperation, "anything" & "everything" also try. When one's needs are fulfilled, then this one cannot, that one also cannot. Why like that?

Generally Japnese are rich, I would prefer to donate to the Thail girl who lost her legs.

Going by that line of argument, Singaporeans should be rich too..

A particular dignitary once said $600k a year is peanuts :P

It doesn't matter who you are going to help, as long as you've helped.

Another perspective on "donation" -Mark 12: 41-44

12:41 耶 稣 对 银 库 坐 着 , 看 众 人 怎 样 投 钱 入 库 。 有 好 些 财 主 , 往 里 投 了 若 干 的 钱 。

And he took a seat by the place where the money was kept, and saw how the people put money into the boxes: and a number who had wealth put in much.

12:42 有 一 个 穷 寡 妇 来 , 往 里 投 了 两 个 小 钱 , 就 是 一 个 大 钱 。

And there came a poor widow, and she put in two little bits of money, which make a farthing.

12:43 耶 稣 叫 门 徒 来 , 说 , 我 实 在 告 诉 你 们 , 这 穷 寡 妇 投 入 库 里 的 , 比 众 人 所 投 的 更 多 。

And he made his disciples come to him, and said to them, Truly I say to you, This poor widow has put in more than all those who are putting money into the box:

12:44 因 为 他 们 都 是 自 己 有 余 , 拿 出 来 投 在 里 头 。 但 这 寡 妇 是 自 己 不 足 , 把 她 一 切 养 生 的 都 投 上 了 。

Because they all put in something out of what they had no need for; but she out of her need put in all she had, even all her living.

Going by that line of argument, Singaporeans should be rich too..

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/June_2011_lunar_eclipse

A perfect lunar eclipse can be viewed from Singapore on June 16 2011 (Thursday morning) for 3.39 hours.

The spectacle will begin at 1:22am, reach full stage at 2:22am and end at about 4am.

This appearance is unique with the moon in red, together with the Milky Way visible throughout the period and beyond.

One lunar month = 29.5 days (rotates earth one round, orbit tiles 5 degree with respect to earth's plane), so one lunar year = 354 days. This explains why lunar month in chinese's calender has to be increase by 1 month for every 2 to 3 year. This "extra" month is called "leap month".

Question: what happen to the Bazi of those who born on this month?
