happypie 0 Report post Posted November 27, 2009 Hihi fellow yeaker.. Great to hear that your reno journey has been quite smooth so far.. Guess Mr Yeak's doing quite a good job eh? I'm still brain storming on the designs of my carpentary works, namely the kitchen cabinets and MBR wardrobes.. does Mr Yeak give you suggestions and then you refine them before confirming? Or does he expect you to come up with the design that you want at the first cut?

Yes, mr Yeak will come up with some tentative design and let us amend. But basically, we are not very artistically inclined and dun really have any specific design, so for most of the carpetry, we just followed mr Yeak's suggestions... =) R u engaging mr Yeak too? When's ur reno starting?

Felixp 1 Report post Posted December 9, 2009 your place looking good!!! can see all your furnishing just waiting to be display.....I like the colours you chose for the walls... Hi Preciousjam, Thanks thanks! I oso like my new place, haha... we oso like the colours (mr Yeak helped us in the selection. ) We have some second-hand furnishing given by my sis... kekes. trying to save money wherever possible. But have been busy and not been updating lah... will update with pixs again once everything's done up nicely. Btw, i feel that the sliding doors of my MBR wardrobe quite difficult to slide (not becos of friction at the sliding mechanism)... perhaps due to the matt laminate selected... hmmm. do u have this problem too?
