ossify 1 Report post Posted October 20, 2009 where did u get your laminate flooring from? can share the contact? robina is made in malaysia right? I got it from Lena at Flooroption, 512 Sims Avenue, 6348 0078 Yeah. It's made in Malaysia with German technology. Can go to their website robinaflooring.com to take a look. They are the sole distributor for both Pergo and Robina. Pergo's family range and Robina is very similar in terms of specs. Ask for a laminate sample if you're interested to test it out. I tried scratching it very hard with the sharp corner of my cleaver and there were fine scratches, not detectable by touch, no split wood. If you do that with tiles, your tile would probably have deep scratches I tried soaking it overnight in a pail, no bloating. I think if it can withstand these 2 tests, daily use should be no problem

yuene 0 Report post Posted October 23, 2009 I think it'll be useful to reupholster it; even with the cost of the reupholstering, it would be less than the original price for the sofa.

ossify 1 Report post Posted October 29, 2009 (edited) Hi Ossify, Read in some other thread that you are going for full height sliding glass door in your house.. could you let me know how much you have been quoted for it and what is the width of the entire thing... Also how many sliding panel and how many fixed... Pls give me your supplier's contact as well... Thanks I would recommend you to get quotes from Sun Sun Glass and Besglas. Sun Sun Glass charges less for the glass, but their sliding mechanism seems expensive. Besglas charges more for the glass, but their sliding mechanism seems cheaper. So just get quotation from both and decide for yourself Edited October 29, 2009 by ossify
