4. 480 Siglap Road - Studio unit Updated February 24, 2017

   On going project at 480 Siglap Road - Studio unit (1 bedroom + 1 study room). The couple described their style as "Urben , Vintage , Modern" so we combined a lot of different textures and earth tone colors to achieve the look!

5. Sky Park Residences

   I have engaged Designer House's Ronald for my new condo unit.  
   
   I've known Ronald since we were in our Secondary school. He's the kind of person which is persistence of what he wants and he will get it done.
   
   He listen to my opinion on take it positively and redesign base on my need. Like most renovation, there are always some changes here & there but he always gave me an impression - No Problem with a smile !
   
   My overall impression of Ronald was very good and strongly recommend to anyone who is looking for a real profession who has passion in his works. I always believe that if a person has passion in his work, he will will excel.
   
   By the way, this is my second house. My 1st house was also done by him and sold at the highest transaction price in my area at the time (2 months ago). Most people may think they don't want to put too much monies in their renovation but when come to selling, it make a different when you have competitions. You command higher and easier to sell. This could be possible if you also maintain it well and have a good location.
