Winson Teh - managing director, businessman, family man.
With over 15 years of experience in the lift industry, it’s apropos that the founder of Wiitrac Elevator Sdn. Bhd. is this man.
Based in Penang, the elevator company was established in November 2012. Its locale gives it easy access to all major transportation networks to all parts of the country.
Wiitrac specializes in sales, installation, testing and maintenance of elevators. The company has also been at the forefront of the lift industry since its start.
Having said that, it’s no wonder the company was chosen to be the distributor of the Aritco Homelift in Malaysia.

Touted as the world’s first smart lift designed for private homes, Aritco is a game changer in all aspects of home improvement. The smart lift comes with a unique, space-saving design and has a SmartSafety system.
The SmartSafety system ensures that your safety is always maintained. The system comes with smart doors, safety sensors, and safety breaks to allow you to always escape in the event of power failure. There is even a child safety feature that can keep children out of the lift when adults are not present.
Aritco is definitely in the lead when it comes to design customisation. Homeowners are able to customise their smart lifts to suit their preference with DesignWall. Furthermore, lighting can also be adjusted using the SmartLift application.
Since 2016, Wiitrac’s partnership with Aritco has allowed the company to expand its operations by launching showrooms around the nation. The company has Aritco showrooms in Penang, Selangor, Sabah, Sarawak and Kuala Lumpur as of 2018.
For a Greener Community

Beyond the product itself, the company has also shown that it cares about the community. The company recently became a silver sponsor for Penang Starwalk 2018 with a RM15,000 contribution.
According to Teh, the sponsorship was part of Wiitrac’s initiative to give back to the community. And to ensure that the future community shapes up to be greener and healthier.
“This is in line with our Aritco Homelift, a green product with 95% recyclable components. Fully manufactured in Sweden, it is also low in maintenance and energy-saving.”
