4. Specific Theme Interior Design
Yes, if you want to go bold, you need to choose a particular interior design theme that represents your house and make them unique. For example, minimalist which incorporates black and white colour schemes and utilizes stainless steel or plastics. On the other hand, you can also choose French Country style which uses earth colours like gold, red or yellow and uses natural components like wood or stone. Design that represents you the best and for sure will impress your guest.
5. Indoor Electric BBQ Grill
I know that HDB doesn’t provide you with the same perks as a private condominium. But it doesn’t stop you to fulfill your BBQ needs and invite your friends to come over. There is a lot of indoor electric BBQ grill brands like Cuisinart, Phillips, or Sanyo so you will never run out of choice. Some of the options have a 5-in-1 countertop unit that can work as a contact grill, panini press, full grill, full griddle, and half grill/half griddle. It comes with a compatible size which makes it very suitable for your kitchen use.

Paint is very common and basic. If your HDB is to be listed in the article of say “HDB Flats of Crazy Rich Asians”, it has got to have something as unique and tactile as mouldings, panels or any wall finishes. Some other wall ideas that can include you in the ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ category is marble feature walls. The cheaper option of this would be a faux marble wallpaper, but that won’t feel and look as authentic and ludicrously lavish as the real deal!
7. Fancy Ceiling Works
An extravagant wall is what people usually aim to do when wanting to make their home look lavish. Well, that’s maybe because they didn’t know about fancy ceiling works. These babies are the epitome of a lush home. Fancy ceiling works are often added in the living room, as the living room is the first space your guest would see.
