Can be very dusty unless you paint it over with clear lacquer.Very easy get hairline crack unless you use a lot of hardener.Even use plenty of hardener, big cracks will occur by hacking and knocking from neighboring unit.Tone is uneven and can be quite eye sore if you cant accept it.If want even tone, must use pre-mix cement at the expense of higher cost.Water is more easier to dry as compare to tiles due to cement screed is porous.Can stain easily unless painted with clear lacquer.
